All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected method:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 – 10 business days. (Free for orders over a specific threshold, if applicable).
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 – 5 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance processes, which are outside of our direct control.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
Biohealing Naturals LLP is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that dietary supplements are legally allowed to be imported into your country. Packages seized or rejected by local customs due to regional restrictions are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the courier, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately at support@biohealingnaturals.com. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
