Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be unopened, unused, and with the original safety seal intact.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection and hygiene regulations.
Your well-being is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or if we sent you the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@biohealingnaturals.com with:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at support@biohealingnaturals.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Mail the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Note: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure the safety seal is intact and it meets the eligibility criteria. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies (usually between 5 to 10 business days).
If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon delivery.
